Dan Lindsay
Dan was born and raised in Brantford, Ontario, Canada and has been an avid explorer/adventurer for 40+ years, capturing images and videos from unique and exciting areas. As a commercial diver early in life, Dan was tasked with acquiring job documentation images. This task whetted his appetite for photography and videography. From under the sea to deserts and mountain tops, he strives to capture images of people, places, flora and fauna that make him smile with amazement and satisfaction.

Joyce Lindsay

Joyce was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, USA.  As an artist of oil, pencil, and photography, she offers this variety to clients looking for a unique way to celebrate the lives of those special critters and people that grace their lives. Her determination to capture each subject's essence in each creation leads her to extend herself with every challenge she is offered. Whether it is with a pencil, brush, or camera, she accepts nothing less than her client's total satisfaction.  Her business is called "Blue Iris Art," and you can visit her website by clicking the link .  Joyce also continues her wildlife artwork and travels the world with Dan to capture fantastic images of landscapes, wildlife, and the colourful creatures under the sea.

Philippines Diving Presentation - Ticao and Malapascua Islands

The Philippines has been a favourite dive destination for many. Now, for Dan & Joyce Lindsay, this presentation brings you up close to many unusual and colourful undersea creatures of this richly diversified marine biosphere.

Sharing the same ocean as Donsol, Ticao Island's diving popularity started as the designated diving area for whale sharks. Now the area abounds with dives sites well known for the beautiful coral and macro critters.

Donsol, located across the channel, is the #1 area to see whale sharks.  Although the visibility may not be the best, the chances of seeing these goliath sharks are very favourable.

Malapascua is a Philippine island situated in the Visayan Sea, 6.8 kilometres across a shallow strait from the tip of Cebu Island.  This Philippine island has become known for its beautiful coral gardens, coral walls and majestic thresher sharks.
The number-one dive site of Malapascua is Monad Shoal, a natural cleaning station for fish.  The site is best known as the only place in the world where divers can see thresher sharks regularly just before and during sunrise.

Kalanggaman Island, a small island with a colossal sandbank, is one of the Philippines' most beautiful islands!

Joyce & Dan have put together a short presentation of their 2-week adventure to these unique Philippine dive destinations with photography and video they captured on their trip.
